Abstract

一种甘油选择性脱水生产丙烯醛的催化剂制备方法,该方法以五氧化二铌为载体,在室温下以5%~60%的负载量采用真空浸渍法负载杂多酸铯盐,并在400~700℃下煅烧后制得催化剂;利用该催化剂甘油转化率达到75%-100%,丙烯醛选择性达到52%~90%。利用本发明所制备的催化剂诱导期短,丙烯醛收率高,寿命长,反应200h不失活;可再生性好,通过在500℃下烧炭反应可恢复活性。
The invention discloses a method for preparing an acraldehyde catalyst produced by selective dehydration of glycerol. The method comprises the following steps of: loading heteropolyacid cesium salt by using 5-60 percent of loading amount at the room temperature in a vacuum impregnation method by using niobium pentoxide as a carrier; and forging at 400-700 DEG C to prepare the catalyst, wherein the glycerol conversion rate of the catalyst is up to 75-100 percent, and the acraldehyde selectivity is up to 52-90 percent. The catalyst prepared by the invention is short in induction period, high in acraldehyde yield, long in service life and good in renewability, can recover the activity of the reaction by charking at 500 DEG C, and avoids inactivation after reaction for 200 hours.
